Arizona Ranch Owner Puts Land Up For Sale Because He’s ‘Tired of Fighting Aliens’

Have humans already made contact with extraterrestrial lifeforms? If you were to ask John Edmonds of Phoenix, Arizona, he’d likely answer with an adamant “hell yes.”

This is because, Edmonds, who owns a sprawling 10-acre desert ranch, claims he and his wife haven’t just seen aliens, they’ve been abducted and have even had experiments performed on them. Now, after two decades of “fighting aliens,” he says they've had enough. As a result, he and his wife have put their land, named Stardust Ranch, up for sale. The price? A whopping $5 million (USD).

Stardust Ranch is located in the scenic Rainbow Valley, just outside of Pheonix. It includes a 3.436 square-foot house with five bedrooms and four baths, an in-ground pool, and apparently, a never-ending stream of extraterrestrial visitors.

Edmonds claims that over the past 20 years, he and his wife have been the subject of alien abuse on numerous occasions. Additionally, some of their horses were molested — and some even turned up mutilated.

Edmonds told KPNX:

“Almost immediately from the day we moved in, we began to have strange experiences.” One time, “they [the aliens] actually levitated her [his wife] out of the bed in the master chamber and carried her into the parking lot and tried to draw her up into the craft. There was a cone of light, it came down, and she started to rise into that cone of light. I grabbed an AK-47 with a double banana clip in it, and I went outside and I opened up.”

Because the Edmonds’ claims seem outlandish, they have been the subject of several television series. The Travel Channel’s Ghost Adventures program, for instance, paid them a visit in 2016. Around that time, the ranch owner claimed to have killed 18 extraterrestrials using a samurai sword. When he was asked to back up the claim, no bodies could be produced as they “disappeared” immediately upon expiring. To persuade the public of his convictions, Edmonds posted photos to his Facebook page of scars he allegedly received in combat with aliens.

In the Travel Channel episode, Edmonds stated: “When we moved in, the people we bought the house from hadn’t moved out. They had just disappeared, and all their stuff was still in the house.” Eerily enough, USA Today reports that the property records are not clear on how much the couple paid for the ranch when they bought it, nor who sold it.

Edmonds and his wife are dead serious about the alien activity, which is why they are cautioning potential buyers to visit the ranch before making an offer.

When Edmonds was asked why he and his wife never left — even after the harassment, he responded: “I am extremely stubborn, both logically and rationally. I have a lot of money and time invested in this property, and many animals housed here.”

Because of the attention the property has received, its price has increased from $1.7 million (USD) to $5 million (USD). If the property sells, the Edmonds say they will move to Maine and start another horse rescue center.
